After meeting one of my newest clients Jacy, I knew we would be fast friends. She is the down-to-earth, go-with-the-flow, have-your-back kind of mama that I vibe very well with. Not to mention, she is absolutely GORGEOUS and so easy to photograph. The only thing better than taking solo maternity photos of Jacy? Newborn photos with her entire family.

Now, this is not Jacy and her fiance’s first rodeo. They have two other children under 5! To say they have their hands full now with 3 kids under 5, is an understatement. I fully anticipated that they would show up to the studio completely stressed out with 2 toddlers and a newborn in tow….Nope! They both were calm and ready to go! It was a team effort getting everyone dressed–Mom in charge of their daughter, Dad in charge of their son, and me dressing the sweet babe. All of the family was styled in pieces from my Client Wardrobe.

You can tell that both older siblings are completely smitten with their baby brother. They both took turns holding his hand and kissing his cheeks. They really brought their adorable toddler magic to this session and we got away with very little crankiness (if any!).

I am also a Certified Lactation Counselor so when a nursing mama wants to breastfeed during the session, I am all in. There is something so beautiful about a family admiring mama and baby during this special act. These ended up being my most favorite images during this session!

It truly was an honor to document this chapter in this sweet family’s story.
