That’s why I am thrilled to introduce the First Year Collective—a special series of portrait sessions designed to document this beautiful chapter of your family’s story.

What is the First Year Collective?
The First Year Collective is a series of portrait sessions over your baby’s first year of life capturing all of baby’s milestones. Many families come to us with the intent of having at least 2 or 3 sessions during their baby’s first year because they want proof of the newborn stretch, chunky 7 month old roles, and the sweet little one year old toes! We know how quick each season goes and we want to give you something tangible that will allow you to remember all of the details of your sweet baby’s first year.
With the KJP First Year Collective, you have the option to pay one session fee and reserve time on our calendar for up to 3 sessions in the baby’s first year.
You may choose to use up to 3 of the sessions we offer:
Maternity Session
The maternity session will capture the beauty of your pregnancy, celebrating the bond between you and your baby before they arrive. These sessions take place in-studio or at one of our beautiful outdoor locations. All immediate family is included and welcomed!
Newborn Session
The Manchester NH Photography Newborn Session focuses on the precious early days of your baby’s life. We capture the sweet newborn details like toes, ears, and feet as well as the connections between your baby with the rest of the family. Most newborn sessions take place in our cozy studio in Manchester, NH.
Sitter Session
These sessions are designed to document the adorable and fleeting stage when your baby can sit up independently but isn’t crawling away yet. Typically babies are around 7-9 months and haven’t lost those cute chubby rolls quite yet!
One Year Old Session / Cake Smash
This is such a fun session for the entire family. We will get some smiley sweet pictures of your one year old, some with the family, and then we will bring out the cake! Typically cake smashes take place in a high chair and we let the baby go to town!

Breastfeeding Milestone Session
As a Lactation Counselor, these might be my favorite sessions! We can do these in the cozy Manchester NH Photography studio or at our private grassy field or beach setting. Together we will capture the beauty of your nursling and your breastfeeding relationship. It is such a special milestone to mark because there truly is no relationship like it!
Family Session
Many First Year Collective clients like to use their 3rd session in the package towards a family session. Most of these sessions take place during golden hour at one of our tried and true outdoor locations. We will capture the beautiful sunlight on your family’s faces and create memories for you to cherish forever.
What’s Included?
For our First Year Collective clients, you will have priority on our calendar for all of your sessions. As a busy Manchester NH Photographer, we only take on a select number of these clients per year so we can devote and dedicate the special attention your family deserves.

Besides that, this is the most cost effective option for many families who come to see us. This makes sense economically for many families who already know they want to do a NH Maternity Photographer session and a New Hampshire Newborn Session with us.
Artwork
Kathleen Jablonski Photography offers fine art prints, heirloom albums, matted albums, and framed prints in addition to digital files. After your series of portraits in the First Year Collective, you may choose to create an linen heirloom album with your baby’s name on the front. This is such a beautiful way to preserve these memories and save them from just living on your hard drive.
